Food & Kitchen

If the Italian cuisine in the world has firmly established, the original and unique of Lake Garda is a worthy representative. The 19 Michelin stars that altogether characterize the Gardesana culinary offer are not, however, representative of a thousand-year history of flavors related to freshwater fish, the production of olive oil, to that of lemons and fruit, to which are added the typical flavors of the hills and mountains, such as cheeses, truffles, meats and chestnuts.
But it is from the careful hands of the grandmothers that have come out the traditional recipes and preparations that today their grandchildren re-propose in the local restaurants, in the preparation of unique and niche products that only here can be discovered being too small the production to be able to support the demand of local markets or in any case reach the general public.
