Food & Kitchen
If the Italian cuisine in the world has firmly established, the original and unique of Lake Garda is a worthy representative. The 19 Michelin stars that altogether characterize the Gardesana culinary offer are not, however, representative of a thousand-year history of flavors related to freshwater fish, the production of olive oil, to that of lemons and fruit, to which are added the typical flavors of the hills and mountains, such as cheeses, truffles, meats and chestnuts.
